To Choose is to Love
Denial of uncertainty
breeds to - fear.
Denial to
accept the good in others leads to the - envy.
Denial of
things which are beyond our control causes - anger.
Whereas,
When everything
is derived in required volume it leads to patience, balance and happiness.
Acceptance of
uncertainty brings the adventure in one’s life.
Acceptance of
good in others makes us inspired.
Acceptance of
the things beyond our self-control bestows us with tolerance to endure anything
and everything.
But,
What if we
are unable to accept a person as he is?
It creates the
ocean of hate and abomination within us and around us for him.
We impose
stipulations on the person. And so, we judge the person as per the parameters
set by our mind. We count his behavioral variables on the list one after the other
and when maximum falls negative on the list, we stop masquerading the happiness
of being with him. And slowly the curtain raises to show the hatred we feel for
this human.
We are in a
physical world where pretense and materialism play the role of an outer
protective shell safeguarding us from our actual thoughts and beliefs. We behave
as per the requirement in the outer world. Sometimes unaware and sometimes
unrelated. What could be the actual antidote to hatred then? As hatred has
never proved healthy for anybody, how could it benefit somebody then?
What if we
incline to remove those conditions established by us? That is, to accept the
person as he is, without any conditions.
It turns
out to be love. This unconditional acceptance of a person as he actually is,
love. And love has never evinced as harmful to any human. It is pure, gentle
and kind. A feeling never to be compromised with anything negative.
What has
anybody achieved from hatred? It turns out to be the burden which is difficult
to bear by our mind. It is so much acrid for the hater that it eats him from
within to an extent unimaginable. Contrary to it, love pacifies the mind of any
individual. It circumscribes him like a soothing cold sheath in a scorching
summer hot day. It relieves him from the burden. It is tender and passionate. It
is heavenly and out of this world. It is intoxicating making one tipsy without being
drunk. It is sublime.
